The FLTB Program is comprised of several workshops that bring you through the entire process of turning a concept into a market-ready product.
The Kick-Off Workshop connects you with collaborators to form a team. Together, your team will learn how to do Customer Development and Market Validation, undergo several design sprints, and ultimately pitch the product. The end result is a technical and customer validation roadmap and a project proposal.
Other activities in the program involves working on getting funding, taking the prototype to production, and bringing the product to market.
